Billl's 40th Birthday Bash!

This was my first BIG EVENT CAKE! My friend Heather gave me the opportunity to create a cake for her husband Bill. I was thrilled by the chance to make this cake. Heather and I worked together to create a cake that Bill would love. He has many interrests and hobies that we tied into the cake. The bottom tier was key lime butter cake with key lime curd and vanilla butter cream. The middle tier was dark chocolate with chocolate ganash. The top tier was carrot with cream cheese buttercream.
